Alter presented at the 2019 Autumn Mega Hobby Expo 2019 a panel with the announcement of some new figures from the popular mobile game Azur Lane.
One of the new announcements is about an upcoming 1/7 figure of Formidable; a teaser poster to present the figure was shown during the event.

Azur Lane is slowly rising in popularity thanks to the recent anime adaptation that has made the franchise more known even between casual anime watchers and not just hardcore gacha players. Alter has presented numerous new figures regarding this franchise during the last hobby conventions and this time a figure of the Super Rare Royal Aircraft Formidable was announced.
It’s a bit surprising that Formidable will receive a figure before Enterprise that is one of the most popular characters of Azur Lane but I guess it’s just a matter of time; that said this is the first figure of this character ever announced so the hype to see at least a prototype is palpable.
