Kotobukiya announced that the preorders for this figure of Levi Ackerman 1/7 Fortitude Version are officially opened until February 19th. A special edition is available for orders placed through Kotobukiya official shop (JP) including an A4 canvas board with an original illustration; the release date is set for June 2020.
The official Twitter account of Kotobukiya es (the es series is a brand dedicated to male figures) posted on the 25th of December some pictures of the painted prototype of this figure to celebrate the birthday of Levi Ackerman.
The announcement says also that this figure of Levi will be available for preorder from January 2020.

Kotobukiya announced a new figure of Levi Ackerman from the anime Attack on Titan during the annual MegaHobby Autumn Exposition 2019; an unpainted prototype was showed for the first time.
About this Figure | Kotobukiya
This version, called fortitude version is the second figure of Levi Ackerman made by Kotobukiya with the brand ARTFX J and also the same sculptor, Tanabe Shin (you can follow him on Twitter here).
Their first figure (here) is one the most popular of this character with a really intricate choreography to sculpt; this time they went for a static pose with more attention to the details. Levi appears wounded and full of bloodstains with a serene expression on his face and two blades directly pointed against his enemies. The base of the figure represents the combat field and Levi’s cloak appears dirty and covered with the blood of the Titans he defeated.
The attention put into the details appears clearly when you look at Levi’equipment especially with the Three Dimensional Maneuver Gear that is meticulously reproduced.
There isn’t exactly a shortage of Levi Figures since almost every popular manufacturer released their version but overall Kotobukiya obtained an impressive result with their first and second attempts; considering that the first version is still available with a ridiculous price of 270$ or more, preordering this figure could be a smart move if you are a fan of this character.
